It is not a commercial service, e-commerce platform, or business entity. The content presented here is personal creative and professional work made available for viewing at the owner's sole discretion.
2. Agreement and acceptance
Access to this website is conditional upon acceptance of these terms. By clicking “I Agree & Enter Portfolio” on the welcome screen, you enter into a binding clickwrap agreement with the site owner. 3. Data collection and processing
This site uses web analytics to understand how visitors engage with the presented work. The following data is collected and processed for the sole purpose of improving how projects are structured and presented:

Analytics data is processed by PostHog (PostHog Inc., EU data residency, Frankfurt, Germany) and retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

- Contractual agreement — By accepting these terms via the clickwrap agreement (Section 2), you have explicitly agreed to the data collection practices described herein.

- Personal activity exemption — Under Section 17(c) of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, data processing by an individual for personal or domestic purposes is exempt from the Act's requirements.
5. Error monitoring
This site uses Sentry (Functional Software Inc.) to detect and resolve technical errors. Sentry collects error stack traces, browser and operating system information, and request URLs when errors occur. Personal data including cookies, form input values, and request bodies are stripped before transmission. Error data is retained for 90 days.
6. Voluntarily provided information
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message text are stored in the site's database for the purpose of enabling a response. This information is retained for the duration necessary to respond to your enquiry and is subsequently deleted during periodic maintenance. Submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam verification) and rate-limited to prevent abuse.
Comments and text annotations submitted on project pages are stored with the display name you provide. You may request deletion of your comments at any time by contacting the site owner.
7. Confidential and NDA-protected content
Certain projects on this site are protected under non-disclosure agreements. Access to such content is granted exclusively through time-limited, view-tracked links generated by the site owner. By accessing NDA-protected content through such a link, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The number of views and access timestamps are recorded
- The link may be associated with your email address (if provided by the sender)
- Access may be revoked at any time at the site owner's discretion
- The content viewed is confidential and must not be reproduced, shared, or distributed

9. Data infrastructure and security
Data collected through this site is processed and stored using the following infrastructure:
- Database and file storage: Supabase (Southeast Asia, Singapore region). Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
- Analytics processing: PostHog (European Union, Frankfurt, Germany). Data residency remains within the EU.
- Error monitoring: Sentry (sentry.io). Personal data is stripped before transmission.
- Hosting and content delivery: Vercel (global edge network). No user data is stored on the CDN. DNS by Cloudflare.
The site owner does not sell, rent, lease, or share collected data with any third party for any purpose. Data is used exclusively for the purposes described in this document.
10. Technical requirements
This website requires JavaScript and standard browser functionality to operate. The site uses first-party cookies and local storage for essential functionality including session management, theme preferences, and analytics identifiers. These are necessary for the site to function as described and are set as part of the agreement accepted in Section 2.
11. Limitation of liability
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. The site owner makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the content. The site owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this website.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The site owner is an Indian national and this website constitutes a personal activity within the meaning of applicable data protection legislation. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Data infrastructure is located in Singapore (database services) and the European Union (analytics processing) as described in Section 9. The choice of data location is a technical decision for performance and security and does not alter the governing law of this agreement.
